MANCHESTER-Manchester City is thinking about making a bid for Eberechi Eze, a playmaker for Crystal Palace, for £68 million. Serial champions under Pep Guardiola are considering their options as Saudi team Al-Ittihad presents 33-year-old Kevin de Bruyne with a lucrative deal.

Will Man City sign Eberechi Eze?

However, if City pursues their interest, the north Londoners would be helpless to stop the player from giving in to the Etihad’s allure. Eze is one of the best players in the Premier League outside of the top four, and City has long admired him. His Palace deal has three years left on it, with a £60 million release clause and add-ons. He cannot quit the South London club for anything less. particularly in light of the loss of Michael Olise, another one of their budding talents, to Bayern Munich. The fact that he can play many positions and has a low maintenance disposition have particularly pleased the defending champions. Despite having an injured campaign last season, he was excellent for Palace. He helped Oliver Glasner’s team to a tenth-place Premier League finish with 11 goals and 4 assists. Al-Ittihad and De Bruyne are anticipated to reach an agreement. The Pro League team, which already has Fabinho and Karim Benzema among its star players, has named Frenchman Laurent Blanc as its new manager. De Bruyne has acknowledged that as his career comes to an end, a lucrative deal in Saudi Arabia would be difficult to pass down after 382 games, 102 goals, 170 assists, and 15 championships for City.

Is Kevin De Bruyne leaving Man City?

“I have one year left on my contract, so I have to think about what could happen,” he said to Het Laatste Nieuws last month. At eight years old, my eldest child has never left England. How long will I play for City, he also asks? When the time comes, we’ll need to handle it in a certain manner. “You have to be open to anything at my age. You’re discussing enormous sums of money at a time when my career could be coming to an end. You have to consider that sometimes. “I will have the opportunity to make a substantial salary if I play there for two years. I had to play football for fifteen years prior to that. I might not even get close to that sum yet. You then need to consider what that could imply going forward. However, I haven’t had to consider it as of yet.” Saudi teams are still spending big money after luring Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo to the Middle East. Gulf State clubs have shelled out enormous sums of money to get some of Europe’s brightest talents to play in the Saudi Pro League. Numerous millions have been allocated towards expanding the league.

Which Saudi club wants De Bruyne?

According to mirror, there are no indications that it will let up this summer. Just one year after joining the Premier League, Moussa Diaby of Aston Villa is the most recent player to sign a lucrative deal. Numerous colleagues could follow him. Many players from Manchester United, Arsenal, and Liverpool have all been connected to high-profile transfers. The Brazilian’s transfer to Arsenal hasn’t exactly gone as planned because of a mix of inconsistent play and injuries. The Gunners could profit from that. Al-Ahli has declared Jesus to be his main aim for the summer. In Jeddah, he would rejoin former City teammate Riyad Mahrez, should he consent to a transfer.

The striker might go down the list this summer if Arsenal makes the anticipated move for a new striker, even if he still has three years left on his Emirates Stadium deal. As per allgoals, Al-Ahli are more interested in several Brazilian strikers than just Jesus. They are also planning a move to sign Richarlison, a star for Tottenham. The former star of Watford and Everton has struggled with form since moving to North London for a large sum of money. In the last two seasons, he has only managed to score 15 goals. This summer, Richarlison was also connected to Al-Hilal; nevertheless, he was compelled to issue a statement refuting the rumors of an impending transfer. “I left my vacation and came to work to come back better ahead of next season,” he posted on Instagram. It’s bogus news about what has been mentioned in the media over the past few days. I’m not going to leave England before the upcoming season.

How much is Eze’s transfer fee?

De Bruyne is the most recent person to be connected to a transfer, therefore his future is undoubtedly uncertain. With just a year left on his deal, the Belgian playmaker has acknowledged that he might be amenable to moving to Saudi Arabia. And in the last few days, it seems to have taken a step closer. It has been reported in Italy that De Bruyne and Al-Ittihad have personal conditions agreed upon.
