Sheikh Mansour has invested in real estate around the world. His family’s wealth has allowed him to acquire luxurious properties and assets in various countries. Let’s find out about the luxurious properties he owns.

Sheikh Mansour, a prominent figure in the ruling family of the United Arab Emirates and the owner of Manchester City F.C., owns a luxurious Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.

This opulent Sheikh Mansour palace hotel features an impressive 394 rooms, with 22 of these being lavishly adorned residential suites adorned with exquisite gold furnishings. Notably, Emirates Palace stands as one of the few 7 star hotels in the world.

Sheikh Mansour Pours 70 Million Euros Investment into 2 Spanish Estates

Mansour bin Zayed, who serves as the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and belongs to its royal family, has acquired a ‘humble’ hamlet in Extremadura for approximately €55 million.

The estate, known as Los Quintos de San Martin in Badajoz, spans an area larger than 8,000 football fields and comprises 14 distinct cortijos, partridge hunting grounds, and a flock of 8,000 sheep.

Sheikh Mansour is already leaving his mark on the local community, as he has submitted applications for a 2.5km-long airstrip and a dam on the Rio Matachel. Additionally, he has plans in motion for a Halal slaughterhouse and a means of transporting meat back to the Arab world.

This sprawling 8,200-hectare property is situated in the municipality of Valencia de las Torres, a small town in the southern region of Badajoz province, boasting approximately 700 residents. Although the asking price was 55 million euros, the actual sales price remains unconfirmed, according to Valentín Pérez, the town’s mayor.

    Property Estate Situated In Badajoz

Sheikh Mansour bin Sayed, the owner of Manchester City, has recently acquired an expansive property estate situated in Badajoz, located in the southern region of Spain.

Sheikh Mansour pooled substantial funds to procure land in Valencia de las Torres, Extremadura, with a total investment of 55 million euros. Remarkably, this vast area spans an impressive 8,300 hectares, roughly equivalent to the size of 8,000 football pitches. His ambitious plans for this region include the closure and renovation of roads, transforming substantial portions of the land into opulent farmhouses, and seeking permission for the construction of an airstrip for airplanes.

A £1 Billion Housing Regeneration Project in Manchester

Sheikh Mansour spearheaded a £1 billion housing regeneration initiative in East Manchester, UK, with hopes that it will ignite a wave of recreational developments.

MCFC’s owner, Sheikh Mansour, through his investment firm Abu Dhabi United Group (ADUG), entered a decade-long partnership with Manchester City Council to construct up to 6,000 residences in the formerly underprivileged East Manchester area.

The £1 billion ($1.7 billion, €1.2 billion) venture’s initial phase encompassed the construction of 830 private residences in Ancoats and New Islington. Both of these neighborhoods are in close proximity to MCFC’s Etihad Stadium and the new training facility, the Etihad Campus.

According to Manchester City Council, the first phase will have a substantial economic impact. It will generate a significant job opportunities and fueling demand for retail, leisure, and commercial developments.
